For each remote hypnosis session, you will be given a unique, secure link that grants exclusive access to you. Joining a session is really straightforward. Just click on your personalised link and follow the instructions. You can conveniently use your laptop, tablet or phone to connect.


    My online sessions generally follow a similar structure to my in-person sessions. We will spend some time talking and engaging in meaningful conversation to gain insight into your experiences, concerns and goals. This dialogue will enable us to establish a strong therapeutic relationship and ensure a comprehensive understanding of the unique challenges you face. From there, we will seamlessly transition into the therapeutic aspect of the session, utilising various techniques to guide you into a state of deep relaxation and focused attention — a state where your mind is more receptive to suggestions.
